Cannot recommend Cyprus Kitchen enough. Nick is a very hands on caterer, he was full of ideas when helping us decide on a menu for our wedding party at ‘Gods Own Junkyard’ in September 2016. He took care of sourcing extras such as cutlery, plates etc. which eased the stress of organisation. On the evening itself he set up and managed the whole process, which meant we could just get on with enjoying our party. The food itself was a perfect mix of marinated meats, vegetarian options with flatbreads and amazing salad. Our wedding guests still talk about the ‘sheftalia’ and I shall forever be a convert of pomegranate seeds in salad. Would most definitely use Cyprus kitchen catering facilities in the future.
After being regular visitors to our local village market and attending an excellently hosted supper club, we asked Cyprus Kitchen to cater our wedding at a local venue. The food as always was fast, fresh and very delicious. It’s the attention to detail of everything on the menu that really differentiates the food. The garnishes coupled with expertly prepared meats such as their slow roast pulled lamb are a must to experience.
I would like to recommend Nick Lazarides and his amazing Cyprus Kitchen. I got married this summer and had a party at Vestry House Museum. The food was simply brilliant and delicious and all our guests were very impressed. He is a lovely man and made sure the whole thing was set-up and presented beautifully with very little input from us.Vestry House has no cooking facilities but Nick found a way around it and made the whole thing work seamlessly.Above all such brilliant food - pulled lamb, amazing salads, fresh flatbreads, marinated chicken, amazing sauces. perfect.
